Our Commitment
With a commitment to quality and integrity – servicing our clients always – we have over 18 years of successful, build , manage and development history of sites throughout NSW. Untarnished experience in residential, commercial and government contract builds, we bring large investments and assets to every project. Unlike so many other builders in NSW, we own and manage all other businesses onsite, to maintain a strong control of quality throughout every step of the construction process. Our significant balance sheet of assets (formwork, material, steel fixing, concrete machinery, scaffolding material, tower crane and operational skills & licences, trucks, telehandlers, light towers, site sheds, and holding yards) and a deep set of skills and processes from design through to construction and final delivery, allow us to develop and build without construction debt. Moreover, our complete set of skills enable our clients and customers to benefit from quality products delivered ontime, to budget and (always) in outstanding quality.
Our clients: residents and commercial tenants enjoy great confidence in our management expertise, project management experience and of course our warranties & building guarantees backing our commitment to quality.
The Sole Director of KI Building Services is the licensee for both Ki Building Services and MLC Contractors.
